Eggventurous Omelette

Hi people.

Firstly I want to say really out loud THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY, AND TOMORROW IS SATURDAY AND THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW IS SUNDAY!

So apparently today is a beautiful Friday to me. I did swim in the morning, followed by praying. I had an afternoon nap I haven't been taking in quite long time and got a bad bad dream. Lastly, I've been a victim of youtube's cooking channel. It all starts from random search on pinterest. I was looking for good pictures to put on my scrapbook but I end up opening cooking videos because of those goddess food porn on pinterest.

And the first search I made on youtube was: how to cook... And I finally watched some cooking lesson by Gordon Ramsay and French chef. Seriously, all of cooking videos make me think how easy cooking is to them, and when I do try it myself, the result is also satisfying, but only to myself and people around me NOT to the whole youtube audiences.

I used to love cooking so much and honestly I can't remember when I stopped cooking. I realized this when I had a random conversation between me, my sister and my mom. Back then, I loved to try cooking something difficult and new and made some close relatives became my victim (re: the taster of my cook) but I think they mostly enjoyed the taste.

Mom: "You haven't cooked for a long time"
Me: "Yeah."
Mom: "Find a boyfriend who also loves to cook."
Me: "Hmm." *nod*

Today I'm going to blog about my cooking experience. And oh, I conclude how my own old omelette is still better than when I try those chefs' tutorial :D so what's the point of this post? Uhm, just for fun and kill the time.

Ingredients: Salt, pepper, eggs, garlic and additional cheese.

I tried the tehcnique in the tutorial video: using fork.

Confession: The second attempt is my very own self technique of making omelette, the only difference is I use fork to cook *TEEHEE*

So, shall we have a healthy dinner now?
