Sayfestville 2012: Meeting Colbie Caillat

Yesterday was so fun! I attended Sayfestville (Jakarta International Music and Arts Festival) at Stadion Renang Senayan, Jakarta. The event is about music and art, of course. But what makes it so special is the presence of Colbie Caillat as she performed for 90 minutes non-stop yesterday. All I want to say is, Colbie Caillat's performance was AWESOME. And thanks to the committee of the event, because the sound system was perfect. We could listen the voices of the performers clearly, without any technical problem. Then the delay of the performance wasn't really a problem.

So Colbie opened the performance by sang her very popular song: Falling for you, in an accoustic way. She is so lovely, so humble, a sweetheart, and everything good you can describe her. But the most lovely one is when she sang "Lucky" with Justin Young-her guitarist and boyfriend.

"While touring to promote 2009's chart-topping "Breakthrough," Caillat began a relationship with her guitarist and musical director Justin Young, which she tells Billboard.com was "a surprise to both of us. He was the guy who warms me up and talks with the band, so we had to work together more than we ever had. And all of a sudden I noticed I would change my outfit a few times before I would rehearse with him, and I would get butterflies when he would walk on the tour bus or when he'd talk to me or anything like that. We eventually talked about it, and then we started dating." <3 Such a normal feelings that all of us feel when we're falling in love :)

She's sweet. All I can say is, she's sweet!
